Strawberry Sorbet

  • 500g frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 3 stalks of fresh basil

The Method

  • Defrost the strawberries and blend with the sugar and basil using a food processor or a hand-held blender
  • Pour into plastic food container with lid and place in the freezer (loosen/chop with a fork every hour if possible) until frozen
  • Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving
