- 500g frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 3 stalks of fresh basil
The Method
- Defrost the strawberries and blend with the sugar and basil using a food processor or a hand-held blender
- Pour into plastic food container with lid and place in the freezer (loosen/chop with a fork every hour if possible) until frozen
- Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving
